I graduated from Oakland University in 2011 with a Master's Degree in Counseling. I also have 14 years of experience in Child Welfare working with children and families that have experienced trauma within the foster care system. I believe in helping you achieve the personal growth and life changes that you are looking for so you can be your best self, improve your mood, have better relationships and get through difficult times.
With the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches as well as being an interactive, solution-focused, person-centered therapist; my goal is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges tailored specifically for you. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to build on your strengths and help you attain the personal growth that you are committed to achieving.
